Do I cook it? Eat it raw? I'm not going to eat the stuff from my sidewalk, only because earlier in the spring I sprayed glyphosate to eliminate 'weeds.' But herbicides don't last, and here we have purslane growing rampant.Having never even tried it, I've known it was edible for years, since my horticulture class. Tonight, it will get eaten with a little tomato, onion and rice.
